The Publisher makes no statements, representations or warranties about the accuracy or completeness of (and therefore the User should not rely on) any information contained in the Websites. 6. All images, logos, trademarks etc of third parties used on the Websites are the property of their respective owners.

7. PDF documents are made available as a convenient way of distributing documentation for viewing, downloading and printing. These documents are the copyright of the Publisher and can only be used by the User for personal (fair) use and cannot be reproduced, modified, disseminated or utilised for any other purpose without the expressed written permission of the Publisher. Further the PDF documents have been locked to secure the contents of the document. 12. The Websites are hosted in and are governed by the laws of the state of Queensland AUSTRALIA.

The Publisher is committed to protecting User privacy. We understand and appreciate that visitors and Users of this web site are concerned about their privacy and the confidentiality and security of any information that may be provided to us.

The site collects personal information only if you wish to purchase something from us and in such case requests you to provide that information. Information is also collected when the User completes a Contact Form.

Email messages may however be monitored for system trouble shooting and maintenance purposes.
